How is Krule sustainable?

All your candles are made with 100% natural coconut soy wax, fsc-certified wooden wicks, nontoxic fragrance & essential oils, and reusable conatainers!

How should I care for my candle?

Candle care is very important if you want to achieve its maximum burn-time! Remember to trim your wick to ¼" before every burn, give the wax enough time to fully melt to the edges before blowing it out, and avoid power burning - burning a candle for more than 4 hours.

How should I fix candle tunneling?

Candle tunneling occurs when the wax is not given enough time to fully melt to the edges on the first and all consecutive burns. No worries! Mistakes happen. Let’s go over necessary steps to fix this issue.

  1. Light your candle.
  2. Wrap your candle with aluminum foil, allowing a minor opening (a hole) at the top-center. this allows the heat to stay in and melt the rim of hard wax on the sides.
  3. After 2 hours, check your candle. If you have an even wax pool, remove the aluminum foil.

What is your return process?

Refunds and exchanges are only eligible within 14 days of your arrival date for unopened and unused products. Once received and evaluated by our team, we will issue you store credit for krulestudio.com - please note that the original shipping costs are nonrefundable, and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs as well. We cannot accept refunds or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If a vessel arrives broken, please contact us within 48 hours of arrival. If your item has aesthetic imperfections (sweating, minor melting or frosting), we may not be able to refund it. Some weather conditions may cause aesthetic blemishes during shipment, but will not affect the burning abilities whatsoever. Their path was just a little rough, no need to disfavor them. 🖤
