Yes! At checkout, select the local pickup option. Once your order is ready (typically within 1-3 business days) you will get an email telling you exactly how to schedule your pickup.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship anywhere in the USA.

How can I track my order?

Shipping details are emailed to you as soon as your order is processed.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please expect 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, and 5-10 business days for your order to be delivered once shipped.

Do you accept returns?

All items are final sale due to their nature.

If your order arrives damaged (broken glass), please contact krulelosangeles@gmail.com within 48 hours of arrival with:

  • your order number
  • 2-4 photos of the damaged item(s)

If your item has aesthetic imperfections (sweating, minor melting, frosting) we may not be able to refund it. Extreme weather conditions may cause aesthetic blemishes during shipment, but will not affect the burning abilities whatsoever!

My package got stolen/delivered to the wrong address. Can I get a refund?

If UPS/USPS fails to deliver your package correctly or if your package is stolen, this is not the responsibility of Krule Studio. You will be prompted to file a claim through the carrier for a full refund. Unfortunately, a mishap such as this is completely out of our hands and is solely the responsibility of the carrier. Please be sure to ship your candles to a reliable address that does not have frequent delivery issues.

What kind of wax do you use?

We use coconut soy wax - a 100% natural blend.

Where are your wicks sourced from?

Our wood wicks are sustainably sourced and certified by the Forest Stewardship Council.

Are the fragrance oils you use safe?

Yes! We only use phthalate and paraben free fragrance oils - making them safe to burn around pets and children.

How can I repurpose my candle container?

Your container can be repurposed in many ways!

It can be used to hold:

  • flowers
  • small plants
  • beverages
  • desk supplies (pencils & pens)
  • toiletries (small hygiene products)
  • brushes

What is candle care?

Candle care is very important if you want to achieve its maximum burn-time.

 Place your candle within sight on a flat surface away from children, pets and flammable materials.

 Trim your wick to 1/4” before every burn using a wick trimmer, a nail clipper or your fingertips.

♡ Give the wax enough time to fully melt to the edges before blowing out to avoid tunneling.

 Avoid power burning - burning a candle for more than 4 hours at a time. It can cause the container to overheat and potentially break, and it can also cause the fragrance to burn off faster than it's intended to.

Why did my candle tunnel?

Candle tunneling occurs when a candle burns down the center, leaving a hardened ring of wax around the edges of the container. This is often caused by not burning the candle long enough during its first use.

How do I fix my candle if it tunneled?

Hair Dryer/Heat Gun Method

Gently melt the wax with a hair dryer or heat gun, directing the heat to the hardened ring of wax on the sides to create a full melt pool.

Foil Method

Step 1: Light your candle.

Step 2: Wrap your candle with aluminum foil, allowing a minor opening (a hole) at the top-center. This allows the heat to stay in and melt the rim of hard wax on the sides.

Step 3: After 2 hours, check your candle. If you have an even wax pool, remove the aluminum foil.
