♡ How are you sustainable?

All our candles are made with natural coconut-soy wax, FSC-certified wooden wicks, nontoxic fragrance & essential oils and reusable containers!

♡ If I live in Los Angeles, can I pick up my order?

Yes, we offer local pick-up! Please email us your full name, your confirmation number and 3 best times + dates to arrange a pick-up time.

♡ What is your return process?

Refunds and exchanges are only eligible within 7 days of your arrival date for unopened and unused products. Once received and evaluated by our team, we will issue you store credit for krulestudio.com - please note that the original shipping costs are nonrefundable, and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs as well. We cannot accept refunds or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

♡ What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of arrival. If your item has aesthetic imperfections (sweating, minor melting or frosting), we may not be able to refund it. Some weather conditions may cause aesthetic blemishes during shipment, but will not affect the burning abilities whatsoever! :)
